● For updates: check #MLLKYUpdates and the MASTERLIST
● If you are a minor, please ask for your parent's consent first before submitting an order form
● Payment that is made is NON REFUNDABLE even if you have payed for the 1st payment. If you really are going to order from us, you have to make sure that you are going to pay and not cancel it.
● Failure to pay on time will result to your order being cancelled. If there are instances that you cannot pay on time because of an important event, send us a message asap.
● We are not held liable for any damages or missing pieces in the package (from supplier or shipping to you) since we have no control on the package when it is in transit.
● Please be PATIENT. Shipping from Korea to Philippines would take a really long time. We cannot guess the time and date of arrival so if there is a given date we will update you ASAP.
● Always check your email since all of the updates in regards to your orders will be sent there.
● If you have any concerns please do send us a message
● We put only a small additional allowance to our packaging materials in the shipping fee in order to decrease the price of the courier rates.
● Refunds are only possible if there are circumstances such as cancellation of the group order. If that happens, refunds will be only sent through Palawan Express ONLY.

3. What happens if I cancel my order?
Cancellation fee of 300php shall be payed
so please, do not cancel your orders
4. If I submit the order form does that mean my order is already counted?
Yes.
5. Is it possible to pay after the deadline?
We don't accept anything that is past the deadline not unless you give us a valid reason. If your reason is valid enough we can give you approximately 24 hours to pay. Failure to do so will result into blocking you into every sns accounts we own and post you as joy reserver.
